Quotes are based on the following:
SMT Programming and Process Development.
Unit quantities - the total quantity of boards to be assembled.
Individual Component Quantities - the total number of components soldered.
Shipping and Handling where applicable.
Customers will provide all components on Consignment*. Components on reels must have a 10% overage. The minimum length and component quantity requirements for cut tape are as follows:
Cut tape length must be a minimum of 8 inches.
Minimum of 100 for SMD passive components (0603 and above) including the overage, if the minimum length is not achievable.
*Consignment indicates that the customer provides all components in a kit..
